FAQ
-
Do I have to purchase a package? No. The packages are simply our way of taking the guesswork out of choosing your marketing services. You have thousands of things to think about when running a dental practice AND practicing dentistry. So we wanted to help alleviate some of the complexity often surrounding marketing services by bundling services that we know will help you achieve your marketing goals. Most of our services can be purchased individually or a la carte. Just ask our team about any service you're interested in, and we can give you a custom quote.
-
Can I purchase services a la carte?Of course. Our packages are simply designed to help group together services we know will have the biggest impact for your practice. If you have particular services you would like to purchase a la carte, or if you would like to create a custom package, simply reach out to us and we'll put together a custom quote that works for you.
-
Do you require contracts? The simple answer is: no. We do not require term contracts for our services because we believe that the quality of our work and the level of service we provide should be what motivates you to stay with Edify. However, we do strongly encourage our clients to commit to a minimum of 12 months when choosing any marketing service. Strategic marketing is a long-term effort and requires time to mature and achieve your goals.
-
Who do I contact for support or revisions to my website?Your dedicated account manager is always the best person to call or email with any questions or revisions. Your account manager knows your name, your practice, what services we provide to you and who on your marketing team is the best person to get you taken care of. If you have any questions about your website or your marketing campaigns, don't hesitate to reach out or email us at help@edifydental.com.
-
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?Absolutely. Since the packages are primarily designed to focus on different aspects of marketing for different specialties, you can add or remove packages as needed. In fact, it's not really an "upgrade" or "downgrade". We consider changing packages as more of a change in marketing strategy or a reallocation of resources.
