The Background

Owning his own practice since 1985, Dr. Gillespie has established a legacy of high-quality dentistry and a positive reputation in the northwest Austin community. In 2015, Dr. Gillespie opened a state-of-the-art dental practice in Liberty Hill, TX, and quickly expanded into other business ventures. As COVID began to impact all aspects of business, Dr. Gillespie was ready to improve his digital presence and provide a seamless (and safe!) patient experience while optimizing his staff workflow in order to create a scalable system ready for the inevitable practice and business growth.

The Challenge

With a vision for scalability and long-term success, Dr. Gillespie recognized the need for a modern digital presence that reflected the state-of-the-art facility he built.
